These terms apply to your use of Private Pub.
Private Pub hosts Dart and Flutter packages and can mirror pub.dev. By signing in or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
You are responsible for your account and your token. Keep the token secret and email support@private-pub.dev if it leaks.
You keep ownership of what you publish. You give us permission to store it and serve it to the people you have shared it with.
Only publish what you have the right to publish. Do not upload malware, illegal content or anything that breaks someone else's rights.
Packages mirrored from pub.dev belong to their authors and come with their own licenses. You are responsible for following those licenses.
Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service. Do not use it to attack others. We may suspend accounts that do.
Premium is billed per team through Stripe, at the start of each billing period, until an owner of the team cancels it. Canceling stops future payments, and the team keeps Premium until the end of the period it paid for.
Payments are not refunded for the rest of a period after canceling, except where the law requires it.
Deleting a team cancels its Premium subscription right away. The rest of the period is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
If Stripe cannot collect a payment, the team goes back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted when it does.
We may change what Premium costs or includes. A new price applies to a team from its next period after we tell the team's owners.
We try to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copies of packages you cannot afford to lose.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or any indirect damages that come from using it.
You can stop using the service at any time. We can remove content or close accounts that break these terms.
We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
